Bradley Dulin is a driven real estate agent and student-athlete at Washington and Lee University, where he is pursuing an accounting degree and playing collegiate soccer. A graduate of Severna Park High School, Brad became a licensed real estate agent at 18 and has been with Friend Commercial for the past year and a half. Mentored by his grandmother, a seasoned commercial real estate agent, he has completed a financial analysis course for commercial investments and is working toward the prestigious CCIM designation.

Specializing in industrial, retail, and multifamily properties, Brad is also interested in land development. His personal philosophy, “Hard work is a prerequisite for sustained success,” reflects his commitment to both professional and athletic achievement.

Brad’s accomplishments include graduating Summa Cum Laude, earning multiple high school honors, and contributing to consecutive NCAA Final Four appearances at Washington and Lee. His competitive drive and expanding real estate expertise make him a rising talent in the industry.
