Friend Real Estate, LLC d/b/a Friend Commercial Real Estate (“FCRE”) maintains, and through such third-party agreements as may be amended from time to time, provides access to this website and the contents thereof (the "Site"). For purposes of these Terms & Conditions, “FCRE” shall mean Friend Real Estate, LLC d/b/a Friend Commercial Real Estate and shall include its owners, officers, directors, attorneys, managing directors, and any and all other employees, agents, or representatives of FCRE (for the avoidance of doubt, whenever "FCRE" is utilized in these Terms & Conditions, for purposes of rights and protections, all the aforementioned persons are to be included), as well as its affiliates and their owners, officers, directors, attorneys, managing directors, and any and all other employees, agents, or representatives.

The Site is available to the general public and located at https://www.friendre.com and such other links that may be utilized from time to time to access pages and areas of the Site, including URLs shortened using "URL shorteners" or like-kind software. By using this Site, you acknowledge, agree to and accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 [eighteen] years of age to use this Site. By using this Site you represent that you are at least 18 [eighteen] years of age.

Monitoring of Traffic

Your interaction with, watching, reading, or any other use of the products and services on this Site, as well as your presence on this Site, may be monitored by FCRE, in its sole and absolute discretion, and the resultant information may be used by FCRE for its business purposes or otherwise. Additionally, you agree to cover any third-party costs or ancillary expenses that may arise in the course of pursuing such enforcement actions. This obligation extends to any costs associated with FCRE’s defense of any claims or actions that you, or any other party related to you, might bring against FCRE, or that might otherwise relate to the enforcement of these Terms & Conditions. You understand that this commitment to cover costs is broad and comprehensive, encompassing all expenses incurred in the initiation, pursuit, and defense of any such legal action, to the fullest extent permissible by law

For the avoidance of doubt, if you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, do not use this Site. By accessing or continuing to use this Site, you are confirming your acceptance of and agreement with these Terms & Conditions as set forth. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

FCRE maintains and operates this Site and maintains and publishes its Content and Materials from its offices in Millersville, Maryland, United States of America ("Jurisdiction"). You agree that all matters relating to your access or use of this Site, or any and all other matters involving or otherwise implicating FCRE, including all disputes and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions or any matter citing to or involving this Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and any claims or causes of action shall have jurisdiction in the relevant courts of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, unless expressly waived by FCRE in a signed writing.

No Waiver By FCRE

No delay, failure or discontinuance of FCRE in exercising any right, power, or remedy under any of these  Terms & Conditions, or under any other basis shall affect or operate as a waiver of such right, power or remedy; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, power or remedy preclude, waive or otherwise affect any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right, power or remedy. Any waiver, permit, consent or approval of any kind by FCRE of any breach of or default under any of the Terms & Conditions must be in a signed writing and shall be effective only to the extent set forth in such signed writing.
