Kihwan "Bruce" Kim is a commercial real estate agent with a rich entrepreneurial background. Inspired by his admiration for Bruce Lee, Bruce carries the name as a tribute to his role model. His journey began at the age of four when he started practicing Taekwondo, a passion that has shaped his life. Bruce’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to operate a dry-cleaning business from 1984 to 2017, followed by three years in the restaurant industry. He credits his first job at 7-Eleven with instilling the invaluable lesson that "the customer is king," which has shaped his approach to business.

Bruce’s educational background includes two years at community college while managing his family’s business. After transitioning to commercial real estate two years ago, Bruce quickly found fulfillment in helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Motivated by his desire to provide for his four children, Bruce’s mission is to understand his clients' needs and deliver customized solutions.

Bruce works primarily in the Glen Burnie area, expanding into Ellicott City, where he leverages his extensive experience in customer service and operations. Outside of work, he is passionate about martial arts and sports, enjoying both participation and spectating.
