A University of Maryland, College Park graduate with a degree in Economics, Kenneth also completed a prestigious two-year Bank Executive Management program, an achievement earned by only 3% of top business school applicants.

Before transitioning to real estate, Kenneth spent a decade as a banker and commercial lender, developing a passion for the commercial sector. Now in his 28th year of real estate, he specializes in investment properties, industrial, office, and land assets across the DMV region, offering expert guidance on complex transactions.

Known for his energetic, solutions-oriented approach, Kenneth is dedicated to helping clients navigate significant financial decisions. A holder of the prestigious SIOR designation, he thrives on building relationships and solving challenges.

Outside of work, Kenneth enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, and life on his gentleman’s farm with his wife and four children.
