Priority turnaround
For the first year, up to a total credit of $2,400 on net commissions earned by Friend Commercial Real Estate towards the aggregate value of any deals initiated the later of a) within a month of paid subscription; or b)within 6 calendar months of the " Phone or video call snapshot and strategy session" related to the Subject Property or Properties. The total aggregate credit value will increase $210 per paid month of service.
Fee Structure: $500 per month with minimum one year subscription paid upfront
One-time fee of $300 per Encumbering Agreement
One-time fee of $300 per CBOV beyond the initial property (plus $300 per ENcumbering Agreement related to the Subject Property)
